Beyond the classroom
At Olinca, we believe that learning goes beyond the classroom. In fact, the experiences that students gain from participating in extracurricular activities contribute greatly to supporting the learning that takes place in the classroom.
From learning to work as a team and resolving differences of opinion, to developing leadership skills and taking responsibility for their own learning, all of our activities contribute to enriching the school experience.
Free expression through art
“Art is what you express, what you make others see and feel.” We are committed to the well-rounded development of our students. For us, free expression through art allows students to strengthen their self-esteem and approach profoundly human ways of experiencing the world.
As part of the art programs, we offer workshops on:
- Fine arts
- Body expression
- Dance
- Theater
- Music appreciation
This solid training helps our students to raise their awareness and creativity, as well as their spirits.
The constant participation of our students in traveling exhibitions gives them tools to stimulate, value and appreciate their creative process in the art world.
Love of sport
At Olinca, we firmly believe that sports are an indispensable tool to create habits, discipline and build character; to recognize the importance of teamwork, honesty, tolerance and frustration management, leading to a better quality of life.
We have soccer, volleyball, basketball, athletics, karate, dance and cheerleading teams that fill the school with pride and awards.
High-performance student athletes have specific support to combine training with academic demands.
We promote chess classes and tournaments as a sport for the mind, starting in Preschool, in order to contribute to the development of strategic skills in our students.
